LIMITED WARRANTY CONDITIONS
We warrant that during the specific warranty period set forth below, the respective Wilprep Kitchen product purchased directly from Wilprepkitchen.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. No other warranty, express or implied, is given for the Wilprep Kitchen products purchased. Wilprep Kitchen’s responsibility for defective Wilprep Kitchen products is limited to repair or replacement, as described below, in this Limited Warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to Wilprep Kitchen-branded products purchased from third-party websites such as Amazon or eBay.
Wilprep Kitchen’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair of the defective product. In no instance will the cost to replace the product exceed its original purchase price.
You are solely responsible for determining whether the product is suitable, effective, or safe for your intended uses. Your intended use should align with Wilprep Kitchen’s marketed use of the product.
WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS
The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the initial purchaser and the 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it. As for the warranty transfer, the equipments transferee can only enjoy the warranty when the following two conditions are met at the same time:
- The 1-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it.
- You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.
Note: The refrigerator compressor warranty period is three years.
Warranty Coverage
The machine warranty covers all mechanical and electrical components such as Covers, door handles, shelves, lighting etc.
The warranty only applies if the equipment has been operated and maintained according to the operating and maintenance instructions provided in the owner's manual.
Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage to the product that occurs as a result of:
• Intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, alterations, or other damage (including, but not limited to, vandalism; impact by foreign objects; improper handling, maintenance, and storage; use of incompatible accessories; or application of harmful chemicals); damage due to fire, flooding, or other Acts of God; damage caused by power surges, brownouts, or inconsistent voltage such as when
connected to a generator.
• Assembly, installation, or use in violation of Wilprep Kitchen instructions and guidelines
• Abnormal or unintended uses.
• Rust or other damage to products caused by exposure to moisture.
• Any gas, plumbing, and hardwired electrical connections must be completed by a qualified installer.
Any necessary calibrations or other adjustments are the responsibility of the installer and are not a matter of warranty.
• Improper utility connection such as using the wrong voltage, phase, or fuel type.
• Parts and accessories sold without equipment.
• Repair service conducted without prior notice to Wilprep Kitchen, repair service conducted by unauthorized service agents or unqualified persons.
CLAIMS PROCESS
1. Warranty Claims
All claims to this warranty must be made through Wilprep Kitchen ( https://wilprepkitchen.com/ ) and submitted to support@wilprepkitchen.com. Any warranty request requires proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest contacting support@wilprepkitchen.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Wilprep Kitchen within 1 year of the initial purchase.
Wilprep Kitchen will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
2. Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@wilprepkitchen.com and provide photo or video proof.
All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
