Heats Up Fast

The oven preheats much faster than the one we replaced, which saves time every morning. It holds temp well, though I’d prefer a longer timer for slow bakes. Overall, very happy with it.

It’s clearly built for heavy use. The ETL listing gives me peace of mind, and the doors feel solid. The only downside is it’s a little heavy to move around, but that’s expected for commercial grade.
